OVERVIEW
Hella is a multi-billion dollar multinational company listed in Germany. Their Middle Eastern branch reached out to Innovage to help them develop a go-to-market strategy to introduce their vehicle diagnosis products to the region.
They operate in a highly niche industry, meaning that the success of the strategy depended on our ability to reach and convert very specific individuals.

NexGen approached Innovage to help them promote their new edutech platform to a niche target audience of principles and math teachers in the New York area.
This happened in the midst of the pandemic, and so we had to cut through the highly competitive noise.
Using a combination of laser-targeting and psychology tactics to communicate value quickly and efficiently, we were able to crack open the New York market which enabled the firm to Innovage 10X over the preceding 12 months.

Drakken
OVERVIEW
Drakken are a project management & engineering firm in the Oil & Gas industry. They have a global presence with offices in Canada and Egypt, and an enviable project list that spans every continent.
Drakken wanted to enter an entirely new industry to reduce reliance on the weakening O&G segment. Innovage were tasked with developing a comprehensive pivot and growth strategy for the business which we then implemented over the proceeding 12 months.
The strategy involved unique Marketing, Sales and Retention initiatives, focusing on reaching key decision makers and influencing their decision making process when considering tenders.
Within the first 12 months we were able to add USD 7.9m of new business to their pipeline from entirely new channels, and increased the average deal value by 54%. We also supprted them in closing their first utilities contract with DEWA in the Egypt. A critical milestone needed in order to win future utilities projects.
